Step 1 — Create Your Resident Portal Account
Your first step is to set up your account on the Sugar Mill Resident Portal (powered by FrontSteps). This gives you access to community documents, announcements, the member directory, and more.

Step 2 — Get Your Resident Key Card
Entry to the Clubhouse, Swimming Amenities, and other secured areas requires a resident key card. To obtain yours:
- Visit the Management Office in person, OR
- Fill out a Request Form and send it to info@sugarmillhoa.com
Your key card will also grant you access to the clubhouse on the day of any rental event you book.
Step 3 — Set Up Your Utilities
Need to set up electricity, water, gas, or internet? Visit our Utilities page for a list of local providers and helpful setup information.
